We stopped in Morgantown to spend the night on our drive to Baltimore. WVU was not in session so the town was very quiet. This pub was very busy, we grabbed a couple of corner barstools. Bartender came right over and took care of us. We had local beer and split a delicious hamburger. Highly recommend if you are in the area

Overall, a delicious meal and great night out! The atmosphere was casual but not crowded. The food was delicious - we got a umami mushroom smash burger and cauliflower tacos and beers. All very tasty! I do wish the burger was a tad bigger in portions but I didn’t leave hungry.

Afternoon brunch, dinner for the evening or just to enjoy an adult beverage you can’t go wrong with Iron Horse! I’ve been going since 2014 and they never disappoint. I’ve had everything from brunch, soups and salads to burgers and desserts. Great food, large fresh portions and very friendly staff! They’ve also got a great selection of alcohol to fit anyone’s drinking tastes. Everything is priced really well for the quality and size.

Awesome lunch. I felt like I was eating gourmet food at a reasonable price. The whole wings the fries and the burgers were fantastic. Bombed that they were out of chips. That just means I have to go back!!

We are visiting from out of town and our tour guide at WVU mentioned Iron Horse Tavern as a place he always goes to when his parents are in town. I had the mussels and the tomato bisque and both were delicious. My son ordered a burger with fries that came with three of their home made sauces. They were all delicious as was the burger and fries. Service was attentive and quick. I highly recommend this place!

We had a rehearsal dinner and welcome party last weekend...5/6 September and were overwhelmed by the outstanding service and additude of the staff. The coordination leading up to the event went very well and the food/service was superb. We had people from all over the US and some international attendees. We were excited at how many of them also experienced and commented on the incredible time they had at the Tavern. This led to many of us, including the Bride and Groom, returning the following night after the reception for a final hoorah.
